What we do

Gospel Torch Evangelism Ministries is an Evangelistic Missionary Ministry partnered with Revival USA that goes out into the highways and hedges proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to fulfill the Great Commission.  Mark 16:15 declares “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”  Romans 1:16 declares, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth.”  These two scriptures are at the core of what we do.  Our hunger to see the lost and unregenerate repent and come to Christ is what fuels this burden.  We go to College Campuses, downtown areas of cities, events, parks, places where crowds of people gather and preach the gospel in the open air, distribute gospel literature, intentionally seek to engage individuals on a personal level in conversation about Jesus Christ and His gospel.  All in love and kindness.  We use the 10 commandments (Gods Moral Law) as a standard to effectively illustrate that all have broken Gods Law (Romans 3:23).  We use this to show the legal transaction that Christ’s death accomplished. We broke Gods Law but Jesus paid our fine, that apart from Christ we are judged by God guilty and will face the punishment of our sin (lawlessness) which is being cast into an eternal hell (Matthew 10:28) (Revelation 20:15).  That there is hope ONLY in Jesus 

Christ to save us from the wrath that is to come.  We go to the same places on a consistent basis in order to develop relationships that are centered on the gospel.  We use the gospel to develop relationships, instead of using relationships to facilitate the gospel.  We seek to help equip other Christians to share the gospel of Jesus Christ in a similar intentional way.
